APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION         

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please our office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call or send an e-mail at least 24 hours in advance.  Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. In either case or a „no-show“, we will charge the patient a missed appointment fee.

Dear parents,

we welcome you to the Child Friendly clinic website.

Our clinic has been taking care of our patients since 2008, when we were under the office name of M4MED, s.r.o. From 1.1.2016 we have a new address in Prague dist 2 – Vinohrady on 191/16 Římská street.

We have improved our services for our clientele which corresponds with our new name, which reflects our philosophy. Our focus is to provide a friendly professional service for children which is for them as comfortable as possible in an environment meant to keep them at ease, meanwhile utilising the most modern available techniques and equipment for timely diagnosis and speedy recovery.

We try to stimulate an atmosphere of mutual trust and understanding. Children have the right to adequate healthcare by a qualified practitioner supported by a professional team of assistants and the presence of their parents at all times, pain free medical techniques where applicable and information that corresponds to their level of understanding. Not in the least is mutual decision making for medical procedures and the opportunity for play in an environment that will help to assess their current condition.

We hope that during your visit you will encounter:
